We are looking for an intern to join our Communications and Marketing team for three months to work on communications, especially in the ICT and Health & Life Science branches.

We are primarily looking for a university trainee who will do the internship as part of their studies. The internship will be supervised by communication and marketing experts and will be carried out in cooperation with other BusinessOulu experts.

Tasks:

  • Planning communication and marketing activities in cooperation with experts
  • Designing social media content (with effective rhythm and variety of updates in mind).
  • Producing and editing English (and possibly Finnish) content for different channels, such as social media and websites
  • Website maintenance tasks
  • Other possible tasks

Required skills:

  • Knowledge of social media channels
  • Interest in producing diverse content, previous experience is considered an advantage
  • Knowledge and maintenance skills of the WordPress platform
  • Excellent written and oral English language skills
  • No less than moderate written and oral Finnish language skills
  • Ability to work independently

Salary: € 1300 / month

Our weekly working time is 36 hours 15 minutes. We will be partly working remotely, and our offices will be located at Uusikatu 52 in Oulu city centre from 1 September 2024.
