Apply for subsidies on eAsiointi

The applications for the summer job voucher subsidy are made via the online eAsiointi service. To use the service, the applicant must be strongly authenticated and authorised to use the business ID. This could be a general signatory right or, more specifically, a “Subsidy application” authorisation, for which there are separate instructions.

If eAsionti informs you that the authorisation has expired when you fill in the application, you can update it by clicking on the suomi.fi button below the error message. You will need the details of the company and the young person from the completed summer job voucher for the eAsiointi application. Please attach the employment contract and a receipt for payment of wages. You can access the eAsiointi service via this link.

With eAsiointi, the summer job voucher applications and attachments no longer need to be returned on paper to the City of Oulu.

If you can’t access eAsiointi, make sure you have an adequate internet connection. Updating the page can often help. You can also try to open the page in a different browser. Sometimes F-Secure’s antivirus software may block access to eAsiointi after strong authentication, in which case adding the eAsiointi address as an allowed site in F-Secure will solve the problem. Once you have submitted an application via eAsiointi, the system will send a progress message to the email address you have provided. Please remember to check your spam folder for these as well.

The City of Oulu also monitors its obligations under the Public Limited Liability Act in the award and payment of grants and subsidies. If the applicant is not registered in the pre-tax registry, the recipient of the subsidy must be able to prove that they have fulfilled the relevant employer obligations if requested to do so.
