Dear employer, the basic salary of 370 euros previously included in the City of Oulu’s summer job voucher guidelines has been abolished. The employer must pay the young person a wage in accordance with the collective labour agreement or general collective agreement. The City of Oulu also monitors its obligations under the Public Limited Liability Act in the award and payment of grants and subsidies. If the applicant is not registered as a pre-tax company, the beneficiary must be able to prove that the relevant obligations have been met if requested to do so.
